My name is Pastor Matt or as many kids call me, Pastor Stumpy. 

It is a pleasure to greet you and above all else to tell you that you are a beloved child of God. 

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that we believe you have a place here at Arcola UMC. Whether you are checking us out for the first time through our web-site or if you have been coming here for years, God has a mightly plan for you. My belief is that every time you come through the doors of AUMC you will encounter Jesus Christ. His love is transforming and life changing and his grace is overwhemling of all our faults and difficulties. 

As a church, it is imperative to show the world that Jesus is all about love and I know that feeling is in this place. Hope to see you around!
